1. Return Eligibility

- The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
⚠️ Products that are used, opened, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

- Perishable or consumable items (if applicable)
- Products purchased under special discounts or clearance sale (unless damaged)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Images/videos of the product
- Our team will review and approve the request.
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Replacement Policy
- In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
- In case of damaged or incorrect product, return shipping may be covered by us.
